He Teaches Kids to Drive 3,100-Pound Weapons, But DOL Says He Can't be a Self-Employer

Dana in Boston is a moonlighting lifer.

He has already multi-apped for 10 years around his full-time work as a Massachusetts drivers-ed instructor.

Instructors are regulated and certified. He and his students all must follow the law.

Yet the .@USDOL and its .@ActSecJulieSu now forbid individuals like Dana having responsibility for their own employment.

Dana is responsible enough to teach 16-year olds to handle a 3,100 pound weapon, yet not responsible enough to direct and control his part-time work.

What a ridiculous regulation!
